At Soft Desire, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below to understand how returns, refunds, and order cancellations are handled.
30-Day Return & Refund Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@softdesire.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all seals, protective wraps, and packaging materials intact.
- We may request photographs of the product before approving a return.
- Items that are opened, used, damaged, or not in resellable condition may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- If the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements, a refund may be denied.
- Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@softdesire.com.
After 24 hours, orders may have already entered processing or shipment preparation. In such cases, cancellation may no longer be possible. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process after delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and include clear photos showing the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may provide:
- A replacement item at no additional cost.
- A full refund to the original payment method.
Our goal is to resolve these situations quickly and fairly.
Charge backs & Payment Disputes
If you experience any issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us first at support@softdesire.com so we can work toward a resolution.
To ensure a smooth process:
- All return and refund requests must be submitted within the 30-day return period.
- Customers should allow our support team a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
- Filing a chargeback before contacting our support team may delay the resolution process.
We are committed to providing fair and reasonable solutions whenever possible.
